Photoshop - Creating a Moving Picture (GIF)
Here will teach you how to create moving avatars such as this
from:

(watch at 0:20-0:23)
1. Take as many screenshots as you can from that moment and paste them in a different file

2. When you have a satisfied amount of screenshots from that clip, overlay them together as a single file (the first picture should be at the bottom layer while the latest picture should be at the top layer

3. Edit the picture's format. We want it to be a GIF file and make sure that it does animate

4. Make sure that the loop option is ticked and adjust your animate speed with frame delay (the lower the quicker)

this may seem like a noob question but the screenshots i take are from all the pc screen do i edit them to make them small like yours?

That is entirely up to you for what you want to make. For this one it is for avatar, so it is cropped and resized to an avatar size. Just make sure that when you crop and resize, they're all the same length.

Sure is time consuming... same position, length and everything must be considered while cropping and resizing... its quite troublesome

hai troublesome indeed i might try making one sometime today ill post my work on your GFX 'k?(i could try making my own thread but i just started its too early i might in the future though)
