For people who can't or don't want to use photoshop doubt they wont xD
Here a Program I use to make signature's and avatars http://www.paint.net/ >> click on getpaint.net then on the top right side you see the latest version. Its free to download and is very similair to Photoshop. Its simple but you can do alot with it ^^

well i dun know wat to dwnload o.o gimp or paint . . . and wen i click on it i goto a page were i get losh =(

click on the getpaint link then you see a big blue version at the top right >>
click on it then click on dotPDN and done ;o and I think GIMP for you will be... too confusing lol

yea i got that dun. i was playing with the tingy mabob but now im stuck =D how do u move the picture in the rectangle out of its area o.o

xD epicness. and yea i figured it out =( NIWA make a tutorial on how to use it =D make shure u cover everything :3 and a few tricks 2. that way i dunt gotta search for some cawapy vids o.o
